Abdul Abufilat founded Silent Harbor around a clear conviction: consequential decisions require intelligence that can be inspected, explained, and trusted. His background in threat intelligence, cybersecurity product strategy, and adversary analysis shaped the company’s union of engineering and investigative tradecraft. Today, he guides the development of LightHouse and Silent Harbor’s broader mission to resolve concealed identities, connect fragmented evidence, and help organizations act with greater clarity.

Rodney Snyder is co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Silent Harbor. His career spans intelligence, homeland security, cybersecurity, defense, and federal law enforcement, including service as a CIA chief of station and chief of staff, senior roles at the National Security Council and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and helping establish the National Counterterrorism Center. A former Guidehouse partner and PwC consultant, he brings decades of national security leadership to Silent Harbor’s strategy.
